We believe that to advance the stewardship of working lands, we must connect the public to those landscapes. One way we do this is active civic engagement and education through landowners and community groups. We also partner with academic institutions including Stephen F. Austin State University, Texas A&M University and others, placing undergraduate and graduate students directly in the field through course field trips, internships, and research projects.
